This paper is located within the research problematic of multiple logics with reference to professional service firms (PSFs), and in particular audit firms. Within this multi-logic (“hybrid”) complex organization, we are specifically concerned impacts new institutional that reflect social political movements - case diversity legislation how these absorbed managed organizations’ structures practices. Based upon a study large medium sized UK, consider organizational responses demands for improved among firm members, especially senior elite, context passing Equality Act, 2010, subsequent which both consolidated extended UK laws on discrimination.
